We present a Banach space , equipped with an explicit norm, whose properties resemble those of the predual of the James Tree space. In particular, admits a shrinking dyadic basis with the property that the sums of its elements over any segment are uniformly bounded. The space is complementably -saturated, and its dual does not contain an isomorphic copy of . Finally, the bidual is also complementably -saturated, and the quotient is isometric to .
