In response to a conjecture of Petr and Turek, we prove that every largest intersecting temperate collection of sets $A \subseteq [2 k]^{(k)} \cup [2 k]^{(k + 1)} \cup [2 k]^{(k + 2)}$ includes all $k$ -sets containing some given $a \in [2 k]$ , all $(k + 1)$ -sets, and all $(k + 2)$ -sets not containing $a$ .

Circular s-choice parking functions: an exact closed formula via rotational symmetry
Exploiting rotational symmetry in the spirit of Pollak's proof of the count $(n + 1)^{n - 1}$ , we prove that the empty spot is exactly equidistributed, which yields the closed formula $m^{n - 1} (s - 1 m - s d + s - 1)^{n}$ for the number of preferences leaving any prescribed spot empty.
