We obtain the relation between non-hermite skew information $N I_{ρ, α} (A)$ , $N U_{ρ, α} (A)$ , variance $N V_{ρ} (A)$ and $N J_{ρ, α} (A)$ by using the maximal eigenvalue and the minimal eigenvalue of density $ρ$ . And also we obtain their refinements.
