We prove that a complete, two-sided, stable capillary minimal hypersurface in $R_{+}^{4}$ is flat provided its contact angle $θ$ satisfies $∣ cot θ ∣ < κ_{*}$ , where $κ_{*} = 4Γ (3/4)^{2} /Γ (1/4)^{2} \approx 0.45$ .

Fractional illumination and the optimal exponential rate in Hadwiger's covering conjecture
We also prove that every such body can be covered by at most $2^{d} (d lo g d + d lo g lo g d + O (d))$ smaller positive homothetic copies as $d \to \infty$ , establishing the optimal exponential rate in Hadwiger's covering conjecture.

We give an explicit chain-level decoupling of its first-order coefficient complex at the minimal standard embedding, where the gauge bundle is the tangent bundle, the gauge connection is the Levi--Civita connection, and the background $G_{2}$ structure is torsion-free.
